Not sure if it will help but did you see this Microsoft Forum thread. I found the answer almost immediately in the Microsoft Community forum, and on the chance that others have had the same problem, I am posting it here.
Open Word; click the "Mailings" tab on the ribbon wlrd may need to open a blank document first, to get to the ribbon. Note that the list is in "alphabetic" order, so five digit numbers beginning with "1" come before four digit numbers beginning with "2". Click on "" or whatever you are looking for and click OK.
